Uhm…the Crankworx course looks a bit psycho. PinkBike is covering the event this weekend.

Broke my clavicle in 5 places. I have a bunch of other shoulder bone fragments floating around. Upgraded to titanium, at least for 6 months, to keep things together.

Plate and 4 screws

We all experience those moments where you crash on a simple trail or doing something stupid that results in a crash. Well… I slid out on a wet root around a turn and crashed into a tree. Unfortunately, this crash probably cost me the season. Looks like I’ll be upgrading to a titanium shoulder and a few months of rehab. I destroyed my shoulder and cracked my collar bone.

On a good note, my GoPro camera works and it captured the crash. Video was condensed from the original version.

Once I heal up I’ll be back on the trail.
