Loading Routes Suck

Dudes and Dudettes, I bought a GPS Garmin 205 a few months back with the dream of uploading courses and following maps on my 205. I use to (and still do) ride with topo-maps, a compass and directions I get from various sources. I thought the GPS unit would eliminate some of the stuff I carry. Well, I had a hard time loading routes and never quite figured it out. The good people at Geoladders tried to help me but I just couldn’t do it. I was so bummed on the purchase and the unit I’ve considered selling it. Before I decided to pack it up and take a pretty picture of it for ebay I decided to seek help one last time and I just stumbled on this post from Singletrack. Hmmm, maybe I’ll give it one more try. All I want out of the GPS is to load courses and routes of new trails to aid in my exploring…is that to much to ask for?
